Who am I?

Like all of us there are many facets to my life, however I have found that professionally speaking there is a small handful of distinct roles and capabilities that I can offer. I call these my ‘cardinal directions’.

Executive Coach

I am a Member of the Association for Coaching since completing my training in 2021. I am currently working as a Foundation Executive Coach (gathering experience) as I apply for formal accreditation.

Agile Coach

Over time my work has led me towards more and more complex situations requiring adaptive planning and solutions. Since 2014 I have shifted significantly towards these ways of working, and have upskilled myself to work in roles like Project Manager to agile teams (CAL, SAFe 5.1 SA), Scrum Master (PSM I), Scrum of Scrums Master (CS@SP), Product Owner (A-CSPO) and Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, SAFe 5.1 SPC).

I have worked with a wide range of predominantly non-software teams in this capacity, utilising multiple agile approaches and frameworks at both the team and organisational level.

Project Manager

I have been a Member of the Association for Project Management since 2014, and have been a Chartered Project Professional since 2022. I have 12 years experience operating as a project manager in the defence sector, particularly in early lifecycle projects.

Coach-Leader

Serving as a leader in a blue chip defence company, I have found over time that the best results come from meeting people where they are, helping them connect with their passions, and enabling them rather than seeking to control and “drive” them.
